Brookvale Mazda is one of Australia’s largest Mazda car dealerships, located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

THE CHALLENGE

When Brookvale Mazda came to us, they were investing in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising with very little to show for it in terms of ROI. Their conversion rate was low and their costs were high.

To transform the account, we needed to improve the quality of leads generated from Google Ads, reduce Cost Per Conversion (CPC) and get more value from their total monthly ad spend.

We started by conducting a full audit of current PPC activity. We reviewed & optimised reviewing their keyword list, ad copy, landing pages and conversion tracking.

CAMPAIGN RESTRUCTURE

With enhanced keywords and targeting parameters, a new campaign structure was designed to reduce monthly ad spend and increase conversions.

ADVANCED TRACKING

We implemented advanced tracking and reporting measures, that provided critical insights into the customer journey to improve campaign performance.

THE RESULTS

Over a three month period, our work resulted in a steady 23% increase in MoM conversion rates backed by an astounding 76% reduction in Cost Per Conversion, and what’s more campaign engagement increased by 99%.
